Last week we held a brand new workshop at The Fountains at Millbrook, as residents joined in on the fun during Belly Dancing with Sarah Bell! We learned all about this exciting Ancient Dance with origins from around the world. Belly dancing tones the entire body using gentle movements that help improve balance as well as increase strength and flexibility. Not only was the class a lighthearted form exercise, it was a wonderful opportunity to try something new. Our residents enjoyed sharing laughs with new friends and having fun while learning about international dance & culture!
