This month, our calendar is full of wonderful celebrations, the July 4th picnic, Bastille Day and a wedding celebration, to name a few! We also have some intriguing documentaries planned such as “Sweet Violets,” “Catskill Mountain House” and explorer “Henry Hudson”. We are taking advantage of the wonderful sunshine and getting outside as much as possible playing games such as Bocce and Shuffleboard. We are also holding a lecture in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing and we’re taking our Art History class on the road again to the Hudson River Museum, where they have an amazing photography exhibit of the Moon Landing. July is full of lively, engaging programs and events that everyone will enjoy!
